Do I qualify for RentHelpMN?

Income Qualifications per Household Size:

The Program covers up to 15 months of total assistance. You must be behind at least One month on rent/utilities

Required Documents to complete the application:

    • Valid State ID, green card, or passport
    • Landlord email & phone number
    • Lease & ledger (rent state of how many months of rent have gone unpaid)
    • proof of income or 2020 income tax return (gov. letter, paycheck, etc)
    • utility account number


Eviction Dates:

All lease termination and eviction protections are lifted except for eligible renters with pending COVID-19 rental assistance applications.
