The Program covers up to 15 months total assistance.
You must be behind at least One month on rent/utilities
Required Documents to complete the application:
- Valid State ID, green card, or passport
- Landlord email & phone number
- Lease & ledger (rent state of how many months of rent have gone unpaid)
- proof of income or 2020 income tax return (gov. letter, paycheck, etc)
- utility account number

You can be evicted if you have not paid your rent and are not eligible for COVID-19 rental assistance.
