About the event
Join us for the African Heritage Day on the Hill to engage with legislators about 2023 legislative wins, legislative policies and strategy, and the plans for the 2024 legislative session.
We will meet at the Organization of Liberians in Minnesota (OLM) office to convene, connect and have some lunch. We will then leave for the Minnesota Capitol together!
Timeline for the day (February 23, 2024):
- Meet at OLM at 12:00 PM
- Leave for the Minnesota Capitol at 01:00 PM
- Reach the Capitol and Gather at the Rotunda by 02:00 PM
- Event ends at 04:00 PM
- Arrive back at OLM by 05:00 PM
