Our Step-by-Step TA Process
We follow a structured, two-phase intake process to ensure we understand your unique challenges before pairing you with the right expert.

Phase 1 Intake (Initial Inquiry): When you first reach out for help, you will complete our Phase 1 Client Intake Form. This captures basic information about you and your business to help us begin the assessment process.

Phase 2 Assessment (In-Person Deep Dive): You will meet with our team in person to complete a Phase 2 Form. This session is a “get to know you” deep dive where we evaluate your business readiness, management skills, and specific pain points.

Consultant Pairing: Based on the information gathered in Phase 2, we match you with a TA Consultant whose expertise aligns with your business goals whether that’s financial management, marketing, or operations.

25 Hours of Free Service: Once paired, you begin your consulting engagement. You will have access to 25 hours of professional guidance to implement improvements, solve problems, and strengthen your business foundation.

Ongoing Monitoring & Growth: Even after your 25 hours are complete, ACER stays connected. We monitor your progress and offer additional workshops or training to ensure your long-term sustainability
